I'm using the file and folder PPSSPP created, and pasting the codes there. maybe i'm pasting them wrong?

As far as i know, that's the code for the US region, same as my game. the .ini file is named "ULUS10509"

Whats the path to the file? something like this:

\PPSSPP\memstick\PSP\Cheats

Try leaving just one cheat in the ini file and see if that works.
