CwCheat Support

i play final fantasy type-0 with ppsspp on pc,i found this cheat on internet,they say this cheat can't be use without tempar or nitepr software on psp,i put this cheat to cheat.ini in ppsspp cheat folder,but it's doesn't work,there is somebody can tell me how to use this cheat works on ppsspp?,maybe there is software tempar converter to cwcheat ppsspp or anything else?
