CwCheat Support

Can anyone teach me how to insert cwcheat code and make it work step by step?I have been watching video and read the tutorial in the first page but still can;t get it to work.The game I am trying to get the cheat work is Disgaea 2 and I am playing the usa version.I use the code from here:
