The problem is that some games use certain addresses for something else too and if you keep certain address always at set value,it may case problems(that's why those condition enabler type codes are used...if a value is certain value,if a value is lower than certain value,if a value is higher than certain value and so on)

Hey vsub_ this seems interesting, do you mind to go in depth details? I'm getting a bit confused regarding the "removing the code".

Hmm,either the joker codes work differently on PSP or ppsspp don't support them
I tried adding a joker code but it's ignored which means all of the codes that start with 0xD are ignored and the rest are always executed

There is a good explanation in this site

RE: CwCheat Support
It is true, alle joker codes are not supported yet, it would be nice in the meantime to find a way to convert them into non joker ones, but as you said cause of the floating value they would cause more issues than being useful.

RE: CwCheat Support
I'm taking a look at 0x6 codes, and the ones im using seem to be working fine... On dissidia 2, these are my codes:

Code:
_C1 Enemy Bravery 0
_L 0x603633B0 0x00000000
_L 0x00040001 0x0000002C
_L 0x2000054C 0x00000000
_C1 9999 Bravery
_L 0x603633B0 0x0000270F
_L 0x00050001 0x00000E4C
_L 0x2000052C 0x00000000
_C1 Infinite Assist
_L 0x603633B0 0x461C4000
_L 0x00050001 0x00000E44
_L 0x2000052C 0x00000000
_C1 Max HP
_L 0x603633B0 0x000F423F
_L 0x00050001 0x00000E54
_L 0x2000052C 0x00000000

Can anyone give me a 0x6 code that crashes the game?

The ones I highlighted are the ones that cause the crash. These are not correct/supported.

These codes don't work because they aren't good codes as i can see.

This code in particular: 0x00050007 0x000006E0, means that the switch statement in the code will trigger 5 times, but theres only 3 codes below it. Thats what causes it to crash.

makotech222 I would like to ask you something: why the bad made codes (as you stated) are still working on a real psp while they make crash the emu?

I see. I was thinking of converting it to a non-joker code so I can just enable it. I didn't know games use same addresses other than the one it modifies. Bummer! there goes my hope. I guess I need to wait for the joker support.

After reading some threads I learned that it's not a priority and no one is addressing it for the moment. I think it'll take a long time and I don't have any idea how to code. GYAHAHA!

RE: CwCheat Support
Can anyone tell me whether or not the cwcheat works for Persona 3 Portable? None of them are working for me.

and before you ask, yes, I used cheats for the same version of the ISO, yes, I edited the .ini file correctly, and yes, I clicked to enable the cheats and clicked Reload Cheats. unless there's something I missed, this just isn't working with this game

You can find it yourself.
1.Get some easy to understand codes for some game and enable them...for example Gil for Crisis Core
This is the USA version
_C1 Inf Money
_L 0x20243EE8 0x05F5E0FF
2.Enable the codes and start the game
3.Load your save and search for 99999999(Integer 4 bytes)
4.Either change the value 0x05F5E0FF(for example 0x05F5E0F0 and save)to something lower and use the Reload Cheats button or disable the cheats and buy something.
5.Search for the new value.
6.Enable the cheats again and click on the Reload Cheats button.
7.Search again for the value of the code.
I endup with 2 addresses at this point.
04A63EE8 - correct one
0C243EE8 - wrong one
Change the value of the address, buy something and see if the value is close to what you set(the game don't refresh the displayed value on certain screens)
8.Now 04A63EE8 minus the memory address in the psp memory(excluding the first digit(then digit tells what the code type to be) 0243EE8 = 0x04820000
04A63EE8 - 0243EE8 = 0x04820000
So that's your starting address.

9.Open ArtMoney.emul(drag drop)with notepad,search for ppsspp(if a category for ppsspp exist)and add this

PSP 0.8.1;PPSSPP.exe;the exe md5
;RAM 32MB;00000000;04820000;2000000

The MD5 here is A5EAA7D4B0E23D80047966B57DF7FA3B
10.Save and restart ArtMoney.

Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM
