1st in emulator go enable

game settings>enable cheats

when u are in game hit escape or backspace to go to ppsspp menu and there will be CHEAT button just click it and check what ever u want care need

maybe you will need to click load from db file or something like that i dont remember

and keep in mind not all cheats work
