question on websocket

[MichaelPPSSPP]

i tried connecting to ppsspp through the websocket port, with python and java, using websocket libraries. but i never got a successful connection (fail at handshake with java, no response with python). i tried ppsspp on windows and android.
maybe there is something i don't understand.
