if u select frameskip 1, but not check Auto FramesKip.
the emu will automatically skip 1 frame.

/ if u select frameskip 1, and check auto frameskip,
emu will skip a maximum frame=1 when needed.


/ if turn off frameskipping, and check auto frameSkip.
nothing happen, coz u didnt set, number of frames to skip.
