Since "v0.9.6-590-g8f98fa7" which reads: "Allow right click / triangle on a game item" i'm having a problem, i have the mouse right-click set as my cancel button but now theres a conflict with this and the other feature i requested, if i'm in a menu and i press right click to go back this instantly opens the game menu and this is counter productive on what i'm trying to do.

Would it be possible to add a menu to disable this new feature? i don't mind opening the "game item" by holding down the left-click. But sadly this new feature is making it a hurdle for me to press right-click just to go back the menus.

This would also fix the issue i'm having with the mouse right-click.
