When you load a save state the emulator is changing the mouse cursor to "Busy" and stay like this until I move the cursor(I use gamepad to play).
In my case is even more annoying because I use custom cursors on which the "Busy" cursor is fade out=>fade in cursor.

i wouldnt count that as a feature req.its sort of a fix/patch or sumthin like that.Mayb u should post it on git.
