audio balance setting
More and more phones have stereo-speakers but many of them are no really well-balanced, as one of the speakers is just the earpiece, so I hope it's possible to add a (simple) audio balance setting. A "left - right" slider would be fine.

It could be even more simple if you just add a value-based range from 0-10:
0 = left >>>> 5 = center <<<< 10 = right

Many phones DO have a balance slider nowadays but PPSSPP does not play audio through the respective mixerpath it seems; changes do not take effect ...

thanks in advance.

RE: PPSSPP Feature Request Page
is there any reason why the latest PPSSPP regular/gold version is 1.9.4 on the playstore but the repository is still counting under 1.9.3? haven't tried to see if i get any conflicts when trying to install a repository build but thought it might be worth mentioning incase it causes any problems

RE: PPSSPP Feature Request Page
This is an feature request thread, not a generic QA thread.
Either way 1.9.4 is built from separate branch(1.9-hotfixes), easy to guess because Henrik's wanted to include some fixes in, but it was already after merging some new and potentially unsafe stuff to the master.
Conflicts during install android versions exist(ie between playstore and buildbot versions) due to different signing and have nothing to do with version tag or being based on different branch. Either way what you can get from buildbot IS the latest version, despite not including 1.9.4 version tag.

RE: PPSSPP Feature Request Page
It's pretty much perfect imo (android/stv) but would like option to assign controller back/exit button to exit the emulator (instead of going back to ppsspp gui) for those of us launching from a frontend.

Thx...Piper

RE: PPSSPP Feature Request Page
We have such feature from long ago - in fact two, one exits from game, other from pause screen, to still allow savestates, cheats and settings menu, but they're activated through commandline, which I'm guessing isn't how you launch it from some frontend on android?;p

RE: PPSSPP Feature Request Page
Hmm..ok that is interesting. Found a thread that says launching with --escape-exit would do this. So would it be possible to use this on android? My front end (Arc Browser) allows editing the launch parameters. So currently the parameters are:
Emulator Component: org.ppsspp.ppsspp/.PpssppActivity

Emulator Extras:
org.ppsspp.ppsspp.Shortcuts

Emulator Action & Emulator Categories are both blank.

So would it be possible in this setup to launch with the --escape-exit parameter?

Thx...Piper
