Maybe it because of your computer spec...

It is 32bit or 64bit? Also, do not turn off JIT since it can run with JIT right now in the lastest version

make sure you check "Multithread" in the setting.

excuse me...
what is "JIT" that you mention above?
is that available only in gold version??
and I cant check/uncheck "multithread" in the setting..

You don't need to get the Gold version and it's enabled by default Smile

Anyway, you have to know that the Gold version doesn't have anything more than the regular version, it's just a way to donate money to the PPSSPP project Wink

To be simple, it's a way to improve the emulation speed Wink

RE: Phantasy Star Portable 2
For some reason PSP2 runs really slow in my PC(less than 20fps).
JIT, buffered rendering, multithreaded are enabled.
I always use 4x rendering in other games like ys seven and god eater burst, but I tried lowering it to 1x for this game, but to no avail.
tried to disable texture filtering and scaling, still runs slow.

Any ideas?

UPDATE: I read in the previous posts that multithreaded should be enabled but it wasn't the case. Disabled multithreaded and it runs smoothly now.

RE: Phantasy Star Portable 2
Hi! I've downloaded the latest build in orphis (Win32) and tried out the stuff listed here but i still can't see the title screen. I can see the opening video just fine but it suddenly turns into a black screen when it's supposed to go to the title screen. BGM can still be heard and i tried blindly getting to character creation but it's still stuck on black screen. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Enable buffered rendering, as far I remember this game need it.

Since English is not my first language sorry for some misspelling on my posts

I've done all of these, Cross Tested on my android to make certain my ISO wasn't corrupt, but I can't load a title screen in either 32 Bit or 64 Bit. I subscribed to this thread about a month or so ago after making posts. Can someone just list off all their settings, so people can get it concise? A lot of people would be helped by that.

AMD HD Radeon 8400

I've already tried enabling buffered rendering and non-buffered rendering, and neither worked

RE: Phantasy Star Portable 2
Okay, can someone please post all of the essential settings that get this game running on a PC build? I've gone back and forth with all suggested stuff, anything that's on this thread, but can't find a solution. My PC is fine and I've already clarified this several times. My GPU and CPU run fine. I always get stuck at the title menu. I've also tested my ISO on my Android tablet, but I'd be able to run it on my PC better, due to Interface, Etc. It would be EXTREMELY appreciated.
