PSA Tactics Ogre on PPSSPP 1.17

Hi All,

Just a PSA that if you are suddenly having frame rate dips in the latest version of 1.17 on Tactics Ogre LUCT, try enabling "Skip GPU Readbacks" -> "Skip". This appears to be different to the default value of "No". After enabling this, my frames went back up to 60 fps

I haven't noticed any other problems in other games since the release.
