Yup, it's worked for some time now. Try to turn off buffered rendering if you want to get rid of the glow.

It works on android too, but it's fairly slow. It pushes the PSP quite hard.

RE: Wipeout Pulse
OS: WinXP
Version: 0.7-611-ge44a00d
Looks like my save file got corrupted, I was able to load my profile at the morning, played for two hours, saved again and now the game crashes when I try to load my save. I was able to play again by removing the save from the memcard. I was also able to load a save with one race won.

I tried using that save from 0.7-611 on an official 0.7 and it didn't work. Another save I made on official 0.7 doesn't work either - and I used it on the very same version. Log says:
Code:
17:27:375 Main thread  E[FileSys]: FileSystems\ISOFileSystem.cpp:332 File Data/Plugins/PI000/stringtable.xml not found
17:27:375 Main thread  E[HLE]: HLE\sceIo.cpp:743 ERROR_ERRNO_FILE_NOT_FOUND=sceIoOpen(disc0:/PSP_GAME/USRDIR/Data/Plugins/PI000/stringtable.xml, 00000001, 00000000) - file not found
for every single file, which shouldn't be true, because I can just remove the save and play normally.

RE: Wipeout Pulse
Just thought I'd note that the expansion packs do not work in the current version AFAIK. The game seems to freeze when it begins loading from the memory card past the "press start" screen, and perhaps even corrupts save data as well (always worth backing up when you try something new, eh).

Any word on the cause of this, or even when work is expected to begin to allow expansions (assuming they don't work in other titles)?

Edit: I was wrong. The files needed to be decrypted before use which I did not realise; once decrypted they work as they should with no problems.

RE: Wipeout Pulse
Are these expansions some kind of dlc? There has been some work on it lately. Maybe this needs further improvement.

RE: Wipeout Pulse
Yes, DLC is exactly right.

I think the difference may have something to do with Pulse's DLC meaning to be located in /GAME as opposed to Pure's DLC, which goes to /SAVEDATA - and Pure's DLC works just fine.

RE: Wipeout Pulse
Could you provide a log via pastebin? Maybe things would clear up to see how it´s actually called.

Hopefully that helps, but I'll just quickly say that I made an error and used a version that was maybe a day or so old. Using the latest version as of the time of this post, I receive PSP error messages regarding each pack file that is unsuccessfully loaded; acknowledging each of which gets me through to the game, which works regularly as if without the packs.
