ppsspp crashing
I got the new ppsspp update for android. When I opened it, it just sat there with a blue screen for awhile, and then the app crashed. I tried once more and got the same result. So then I think well it must be the update because it opened just fine before. Well I must have been wrong because I went back to the previous version it did the same thing. Does anyone have an idea of what the problem is and how to fix? If it is of any use, I am on a Samsung Transform ( kind of sucks maybe that's why -_- )

Go on the app options, force close it then erase cache and data, once done uninstall it and reboot your phone, then once it's back up, install it again and try.

If it's a dalvik-cache or data issue, that should erase any traces and solve it.

-Samsung galaxy S3 International version - Android 4.4.2
-Dual Core locked CPU, Clocked at 1Ghz-1.8Ghz
-Mali 400MP4 GPU Clocked from 160Mhz to 533Mhz
-1GB ram, boo..

RE: ppsspp crashing
I see this thread is a bit old, however i didn't see a need to start a new thread when this one is already about ppsspp crashing, SO i'm using the newest (at the time) nightly build of ppsspp, ppsspp-v0.9.1-1427-g80ae3f2-windows-amd64, now the game loads and runs fine, i'm using a raedon hd 6570, the trouble starts when i try adding cheats to final fantasy 7 crisis core, when i go into the menu to choose cheats the program crashes with an error box, i can't seem to find a fix for this, i've tried new drivers, old drivers, new builds of ppsspp old builds, every time i try and activate cheats the program crashes.
