Redmi Note 11s Ppssp multiplayer issues

I have been trying to connect my phone on ppssp multiplayer but it keeps responding failed to connect to ad-hoc sever I have tried it over and over tried all possible connection techniques even remove it from Game turbo but still it can't connect to ad-hoc sever I have tried all settings possible but no way. No way to create room not to talk of search and join room.

If you failed to connect to adhoc server the issue is not on your side, but on the side where the adhoc server resides, either the server is dead or blocked by firewall, or the adhoc server port is not forwarded.
