Bluetooth Controller not Recognized

I can use a PS5 controller via USB on PC just fine, but when connected via Bluetooth, PPSSPP does not respond to its input. It works fine in other games that have controller support- Steam and other emulators work just fine, but I can't get PPSSPP to recognize it over Bluetooth.

I am having the exact same issue. My DualSense works just fine via Bluetooth with Duckstation, Kega, Dolphin, and several other emulators and Steam games. PPSSPP even seems to somewhat recognize the controller itself, as "Wireless Controller" shows up in the automapping list. But when I try to map any button, it doesn't recognize the controller inputs. I've tried both Bluetooth and USB-C connections, multiple versions of PPSSPP up to the current release, even paying for the upgrade and no dice.
