Any way to set the "Repeat" button speed? On Screen Touch Controls

Hello, I'm looking for an option to make the "repeat" button faster. I'm playing Kurohyou 1 and am trying to find a way to rapidly mash (X) incredibly fast. If it helps, I'm playing on Android and don't have access to a controller.

There isn't a way to change it right now, but the current speed is already pretty fast. Some games can't even detect it when you press it faster and act like you're holding it down. It may not be that you can press it even faster. Are you able to manually?
