Antonio: It's been broken on Windows since the adhoc merge.
The last working build for this game for Windows is v0.9.5-683-g0a133cf (x86, x64). As for Android, I have no clue, it's been broken for months due to an ARM JIT issue. Also, if you want to use this game on newer git builds, it requires you to connect to a Pro Online server (even a local host one), or it'll crash. Not really a workaround, but there's no other option right now, except this, or to use an old build. It's an unfortunate side-effect of the Pro Online merge (why was it merged without testing?  ).
