Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker

I've looked into the log and can't understand....after the mission is over and you select mission menu,it returns you to mother base,second time it gets in an endless loop....you can fix it by saving,restarting and reloading your save,but then again it happens after you finish a mission.
I've come this way all over to the T-72 tank battle and it is little anoying.....just keep up with the great work!!!
