Multiplayer works... except with two specific devices
So today I was playing MHFU and trying to connect a real PSP to a SteamDeck running PPSSPP to no avail. I tried connecting the PSP to my laptop and it worked flawlessly, and I connected the SteamDeck to the laptop which also worked...

When trying to connect the PSP to the SteamDeck, the Gathering Hall appears empty on both games, but the Pro Online plugin on the PSP shows the user count as 2, and the 2 systems can even exchange messages through chat.

What could be the issue here? Huh I appreciate any help you guys can provide.

Game:MHFU
Connection:all systems on the same network
Deck <-> laptop works
laptop <-> PSP works
Deck <-> PSP doesn't work

Connection with a real PSP need port offset = 0, this mean some games might tried to use restricted ports (< 1024), thus you will need to run PPSSPP as sudo/admin in order to use ports < 1024

My Modified PPSSPP :

Is it safe to run PPSSPP with the sudo command? Should I use something like <gksudo PPSSPP.exe> ?

It should be safe if you build it yourself or download it from official website, not sure about third party sources tho, since PPSSPP is opensource anyone can modify it with malicious codes and put it on their own websites.

gksudo might worked too as long it can gives privileged access.
