Somewhere between very unlikely and never. PPSSPP is NOT a video player and umd videos are useless, divided between low res old movies that you can get in much better quality literally anywhere else and semi-interactive porn with the latter actually being even more reason against ever supporting it in a software used a lot by kids and teens.
