What happened to my save data?
Background:
  • OS: Linux Ubuntu Desktop 20
  • Game: Toradora! PSP

I opened up Toradora! PSP, played it for maybe an hour, then saved and exited to go do homework. When I came back at the end of the day and turned my computer back on, it says there is no save file. I am playing the English patch, downloaded from the internet (not the disk). It's not a big deal if I lost that data since I wasn't far in, but I want to be able to save my game.

Some Possible Mistakes I Made (idk if they are relevant):
  • I accidentally installed PPSSPP twice (once with Snap, once with the normal download). Now I have two ppsspp's in my app browser, but I can't find the save data on either of them.
  • I'm opening the ISO file in PPSSPP, but it does say something about a memory stick? I just have the ISO in my downloads folder on my PC, not on an external stick.
  • Another tutorial said to check the ppsspp folder in my user's .config folder. I looked in .config and there is no ppsspp folder in there.
