Can't play GTA VCS & LCS online

Hi, I recently started playing PSP games on PC and found out you could do online play. My friend and I wanted to start playing games we never had a chance to play with multiplayer functionality. We started with GTA LCS we managed to connect and find each other's lobby but when starting the game, the game would always state Connection to Host has been lost before a match could even begin. This was the Same case for Vice city stories. We tried countless videos online trying to troubleshoot our issues, but nothing came of it. We would appreciate if anyone has any suggestions on how we can get things working!

My friend lives in Belgium and I live in the US.
We are using the latest version on PPSPP
and the PRO ad hoc server we were playing on was myneighborsushicat.com we also tried socom.cc
