Resetting permissions on Mac?

I'm on 1.12.3 on macOS Catalina. When I first used PPSSPP, I accidentally declined the access request for all of the folders I wanted to use, as well as desktop, etc. So now I can't really access my files. I tried uninstalling and restoring the app to default settings but nothing seems to help. I also tried checking the MacOS files & folders access in security & privacy, but PPSSPP doesn't even show up there. Am I missing something simple or is there any way to fix this easily? I'd appreciate any help.
