Run psp system software on ppsspp
Is there anyway of running full psp system software on ppsspp i like using the software of many game consoles including old ones and would like to know if its possible to run it thanks!

It's not possible and by design never will be. PPSSPP isbhigh level emulator, it doesn't try to be hardware, but system that runs on that hardware, you can't run system on a system.
