Resume button glitch?

I started play MGS Peace walker on android with cheats since the gameplay is difficult without a proper controller, and in some instances before a loading screen either loading in and loading out of missions I get a black screen with a button on the bottom middle screen that says "resume". I try pressing it, it doesn't work, I try pressing ng it for a while doesn't work, I tried tapping it a bunch of times and doesn't work, as well as turning my cheats off and save states.
Does anyone know who to get by this or is this just a special thing with MGS PW and cheats?
