which chair would you recommend

Hi! Please, which chair would you recommend me, as I really want a nice lumbar support chair, not with a pillow ? The thing is I am 1m74 and 70Kg

If you’re looking for a chair with good lumbar support but not the kind that just uses a pillow, I’d go with something that has built-in support in the frame itself.
