memstick folder not present upon download;cheats not working

i just downloaded ppsspp emulator to play innocent life harvest moon the emulator works well but when i searched how to play with cheats on it said i needed a folder named "memstick" with a "psp" sub folder.but my download didnt give me those things.even if i had cheats enabled it was useless i couldnt use it.even if i manually input cheats in it still does not work.i have inserted a file on what it does give me upon download
