Can't get ppsspp to load anymore

Win10 64bit, was playing yesterday just fine, today when i loaded the game initially i would just get a fullscreen black page - alt+enter and F11 neither one would do anything. I tried uninstalling and clearing out the settings, but now while I can see the menus, nothing is responsive, it never goes past the black screen, and all I can do is close (no menu options load)

Suggestions?
