Hello fellas,
So I'm trying to modify the text on the maps so that they can be easier to read, but I just can't parse what some of the texts are supposed to be. Could use some help, please.

I've also made an alternate fonts, to replace the broken-looking upscaled texts. I've no clue what the original fonts are, so I used one that looked nice instead.
-put it in \ai_upscaled\fonts\english

I've modified the "Ammo" and "Hp" texts on the hud

Currently replacing the character icons with the better looking character portraits.

edit 4:
finally done with the character icons
For most, I simply put the nicer-looking character portraits
For VC1 bonus characters, i replaced them with screencaps from the anime or from the anime's character sheet. failing that, i used a VC3 portrait
For gallian soldiers, i took a blue uniformed soldier's portrait an recolor them as needed.
For GRA soldiers, vehicles, and bunkers, I left as is. Maybe I'll replace them with in-game models someday.
For the town watch, i took a screenshot of the ingame model and modified it a bit
For alternate Cosette, I modified og Cosette's mugshot
