Can it destroy my smartphone processor

I have a 2013 e3 xperia phone and I've been playing it through a year on the minimum configuration, but recently my phone didn't turned on when I tried a few times only in the third attempt it worked. My cat also dropped my phone some weeks ago.
When I run the fpse emulator it runs badly castlevania:sotn but playable, I played harvest moon:back to nature and it ran better but after a while it crashed with a frozen screen that made me force switch off because it didn't let me exit the game.
Should I just quit using these two emulators before my phone die? Earthbound and other games on snes9x works well. Assassin's Creed is playable but also gets slow sometimes

(random video I did once, yeah sound sucks but generally I turn off the radio)
