Oh my god, so much to cover. I've been quite busy so sorry for not responding. Anyways, I'm updating the patch now.

Looks great. I don't quite have time to test it out, but I trust that the crops you did are correct. Also, I won't be using the 1x1 blank images since they can cause issues at certain rendering resolutions and/or on certain devices. Either way, the current blank images are still too small to matter. Also, were any of the portraits edited or were they just left in for testing?

The maps are very useful. I wasn't even aware that the game doesn't render the entire map texture on screen. The K.O. symbol for the dungeon HUD is also really good. Otherwise, the remaining textures seem to be a bit lower quality than the existing ones. The cleaner line work makes me partial towards those, sorry.

Wow! That's gonna take me a while to sift through. Looks pretty good though. Be careful you aren't replacing textures with other textures of the same size (like 00000000994c742ce5b21951 for example).

Aside from that, I took a shot at putting together blinking expressions for certain portraits without them, by shamelessly editing parts of blink expressions from other portraits of the same character. Funny enough, in certain cases (after double checking obviously) I didn't have to make edits at all, like Takaya's face when holding his gun is the exact same as one of his other portraits, and maintains the same color/alignment even, so I had to do nothing except make sure the blinking wasn't obscuring it.

Thanks for the post-final boss background fix. Looks good. I cropped it down to size, but that shouldn't cause any issues.
The blink portraits look great, with the sole exception of Maiko's Mom, which is still acceptable. I'll probably have a patch for this once version 2.2 releases.
The glow effect looks much better, thank you. Also, thanks for the red variant.
