Does Logitech F310 not work with HTC U12+?

I'm trying to map my mobile PPSSPP control setting, so I bought a adapter, connected it, and it does say connected, but when I try to respond to "press a button to assign ", no response.....

F310 is working fine on my PC, but how do I do that on a phone? or does HTC U12+ just not support this controller?

Because I've seen some videos on youtube about F310 with Android phone, and they simply just plug it in and it works.

Have you tried using the switch on the back of the controller to swap between Dinput and Xinput modes? Try each mode, but make sure it's unplugged when you toggle the switch.
