Initial D Street Stage Communication Error

Ok, so I did all the instructions on how to use online for ppsspp, I go on street stage, go to multiplayer And all that, but when I try to host or join a session it just says "Communication Error", is there any way to solve this issue? Oh and I play on android if that helps out.
