Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core HD/Remaster Project WIP
About this Texture Project:

This is a project to modify the game to have better quality textures for crispness and clarity.Im not a pro , just a better version i will update every week ^^ and please be cool this is free and i work really hard dont forget this and have fun

Only the 2 End zone i are not HD i will update this part soon i finished today the game so take a break ^^

- Title logos & Main menu page: 100%(100% un french)
- Sub-menu in-game: 100%(100% in french)
- Various icons: 100%
- Character image in the dialogue box: 100%
- Character models (Player/NPC):90% (last zone)
- Text in the dialogue box & sub-menu: 100%
- Various effects: 90%
- Monsters:  90(last zone)
- Fields & Objects on the map: 100%
***important**UI English is not from me but from KaosuReido Big credit to him!!
i just put on french version (compatibilited)

How To Use/Install:



1. First, you want to enable the "Replace Textures" option inside PPSSPP.
To do that, you go to Settings > Tools > Developer Tools and check the box for it.

2. Afterwards, go to your PPSSPP directory
(Windows Installer Version is in My Documents/PSP)
(Windows Zipped version is in memstick/PSP)
(Android is in flash0/PSP)

3. Create a folder named TEXTURES in the same place as GAME, PPSSPP_STATE, SYSTEM, SAVEDATA, etc.

4. Put the texture folder of the game you want inside of TEXTURES.
(Make sure the folder's name matches the GAME ID)

It looks VERY nice in general, congratulations.

All the textures were hand-mande or did you use any AI upscaling method?

The only thing I would change is the outline in the font for the HP, numbers and that kind of stuff. Without it, the font looks very generic.

AI upscaling after hand-mande both
English Font are nice but my french version i just upscale the font for me not for this pack

Just in case anyone doesn't know, there's a topic on the Qhimm forums:

I added instructions on how to use this with the NTSC-U version and get English UI instead of French, as the texture pack is meant for the PAL version.

I'd take a go at editing/improving some textures myself, but I assume vierock is going to make another release in the future so I won't for now. I noticed m4.png in Enemy has a messed up transparency texture where the hair has weird white extensions.

You mentioned there was some extreme stuttering when Zack speaks to Angeal's mother. Does it happen with the textures off too? Because if it does, It'd be great to have that reported in GitHub.

i was wondering when i download the file and play test it all the graphics enhancement work but the UI textures doesn't seem to work i still see the original zack icon and everything else is the same in the UI.....i was thinking it could be the code.

Merci pour ce mod qui rend vraiment honneur au jeu, cependant, j'ai remarqué quelques chutes de framerate qui font lagger le son par la même occasion (j'ai remarqué ça durant le dialogue avec la mère de genesis à banora)

Je joue avec cette config :
GTX 780Ti Asus Matrix
16go ram
I7 3960x

mes paramètres de PPSSPP v1.9.3
définition de rendu :x10
niveau de mise à l'échelle : x2
xBRZ
Améliorer : activé
latence du son : moyenne


j'ai donc testé en désactivant les paramètres graphiques/en mettant la latence du son sur faible ou moyenne mais les chutes de framerate étaient toujours présentes peut importe la configuration que j'utilisais (PSP x10 ou x1/ désactivation du BRZ), en désactivant le mod, plus de soucis...

j'adore ce mod, franchement gros taff la dessus, mais auriez-vous des conseils sur les paramètres à mettre pour éviter ces chutes ?

cant seem to get this the textures to work doing as the instructions say but nothing works ive tried us, europe, and french versions of game and nothing any help?
