Does Logitech F310 not work with HTC U12+?

I'm trying to map my mobile PPSSPP control setting, so I bought a adapter, connected it, and it does say connected, but when I try to respond to "press a button to assign ", no response.....

F310 is working fine on my PC, but how do I do that on a phone? or does HTC U12+ just not support this controller?

Because I've seen some videos on youtube about F310 with Android phone, and they simply just plug it in and it works.https://solitaire.onl/ 9apps.ooo/

Were you able to switch between the Xinput and the Dinput? You should find a switch on your controller's back.

Just 3 hours of computer work is very little. I think you did the right thing. And what did the support team say to you? And when the microphone started working, did your team members help you complete the task?
