I tested Twin Brave on my Android and I think that you should get it running about half-speed (30-40fps) if youre lucky. Tegra 3 tablets wont have problems with running it fullspeed.
You should keep in mind though, that this isnt a demanding game and there are a lot of games that are very slow on any mobile device.
