more options for psp emu

1.-is posible add language changer for multilanguajes games,because psp emu take for defaul (1) english but i want to play in spanish (3).in pc is more easy because the ini.file is visible but on android is more dificult find the ini file also only rooted devices can find.

2.-reset button for recent games because i delete some games and still appears in menu.
