PPSSPP FPS for The Warriors

I don't know what to do anymore. The game kept on lagging and lagging. And i want a solution to this, how to keep the game at 60fps or below? It's frustrating and i really need help.

Like all Rockstar games, vertex caching will slow this game's down and should be disabled, it might also have above average requirements so even without vertex cache it will most likely not work well on slow/mobile devices doesn't matter what you do.

Framerate aside this game also has videos broken from quite a while so the only way to really play it well is to use old version or custom ppsspp build.
