Left Shift is not Working as Expected

Left Shift is not Working as Expected
Been playing MHFU and I bounded the left shift to run. The problem lies when holding Shift. While on hold, every few seconds, shift loses the click and returns after another second even while still on hold. Right Shift works completely fine though.

Just asking to confirm whether this problem exists on PPSSPP or it's just a hardware fault on my end.

I don't think this is a PPSSPP bug, maybe some Windows accessibility setting?
