Best android stick for emulating?

Most of the Android Sticks are going to have underwhelming CPUs. The RK3188\3288 and Amlogic S905\912 are not really going to handle demanding titles at native FPS great without frameskipping especially at 720p or 1080p resolutions. If you can not do a box then temper your expectations. If you can do a box then the Nvidia Shield should generally work for most games, just not always with 60fps hacks\patches on demanding titles, but for the rest handling native PSP speeds should be ok.
