Some games doesn't play sounds, but ONLY on Android

I encountered this with Initial D Street stage and Naruto Ultimate impact (i'm sure there are more titles hitting this). i just wanted to know if this is an already known issue or if it's a device specific problem

I think it's a problem with HLE, it returns an early set voice off. It happens on Windows too but it's kinda different and it affects different games.

I thought that HLE code was the same between platforms..well at least now i know it's not just me,thanks for reply
