No Vulkan option
For some reason Vulkan is missing on my Backend.
I can select OpenGL. Direct3D 9. And Direct3D 11.
I do not have the option to select Vulkan. It is completely missing.
I have tried PPSSPP version 1.6.3 and my Gold Version 1.6.2.
My card is fully compatible with Vulkan too (980Ti)
Why dont i have this option?!

I sure have. I have installed latest Nvidia Drivers which supposedly has Vulkan support built-In. (398.36)

UPDATE: Used Display Driver Uninstaller to fully uninstall my driver.
Re-Installed it, and now i have the Vulkan Option.
