Vulkan setting make PPSSPP not working

Vulkan setting make my Windows PPSSPP not working. Since the new version got Vulkan setting as default. It makes my computer cant run the PPSSPP and change the backend setting other than vulkan. Thank you reading my post. I hope u all can fix this problem.

Unzip the file (can't upload an ini file)
use this deafault ppsspp.ini and place it in
memstick\PSP\SYSTEM

Your backend will then be directx11 and you can change things from there.
