Analog stick problem

I don't know if i am stupid of what?
When i need to make few circles on ingame analog( with my keys on keyboard : I, J, K, L)
I just can't, i don't know why.
When i was playing GOW 1 and 2 on pcsx2, i did it every time.
Can someone tell me how to make whole circle with keys?

Map it to cursor key's.
Press diagonals for longer period.
