Hide System Bar (App) PPSSPP Issue

Hi i use this Application all the time as hate the Android on-screen buttons getting in the way of playing games and like to be able to use my devices full screen.

But i have an issue with PPSSPP (Only app that has this issue), the on-screen buttons do hide but PPSSPP does not auto size to fit the screen and leaves a blue border where the buttons should be. Just wanted to know if people had the same issue on other devices while using this app or if there could be anything done about the issue? Thanks

I don´t use the app I use "expanded desktop" from paranoid android and there I don´t have a border.
