How to use a wireless usb gamepad?

the one i use is this : element gm-600w.it works on other games i played (such as super smash flash 2 downloaded version and epsxe emulator).i really wanna use it cause i wanna play crisis core and gran turismo and i cannot

Aparently it's connected through Wifi, first of all you must connect it to your PC and install the proper drivers, probably you have already done it. After that you need to map the keys in the emulator, go to Settings > Control > Control Mapping.

i actually done everything you said.when i try pressing the buttons to map them,it doesnt work.what shall i do next?
