A PSP game couldn't be found on the disc
Hello,
I installed PPSSPP 1.54-114 for my brother's Huawei MediaPad T3 8.0, moved saves to PSP folder and ISO games to it's SD Card (I plugged my phone to he's Laptop, moved everything I said to Laptop, plugged he's MediaPad, and moved saves to PSP folder and games to SD Card), but games doesn't have icons and when I try launch those it says "A PSP game couldn't be found on the disc". What's the problem? Because it works fine for me.
PS: Even MyBoy when I try launch GBA game shows Black Screen for a moment and returns to games list.

Sounds like your brother SD card could be fake. Market is filled with counterfeit micro sd cards produced in china with very tiny size and modified chip that shows much larger available space.
In such case files will appear to be there, but will be filled with 00's or FF's depending on the chip, so it doesn't matter what you copy there, once something get's copied there, it's no longer a working file. Small portion of fake sd cards are usually real, you can check such sd cards with a software like "H2testw" or similar software, just google for it.

Is that program can test SD Card via USB cable, because I don't have PC that has SD port?

RE: A PSP game couldn't be found on the disc
As long as you plug the device in pc with windows to make the SD card available as external drive it should, but such software will remove all data from sd card. It basically makes a test by writing chunks of data to sd card and veryfing whenever it copied correctly or not, it can't test what you already have there;p.

The fact that different emulators can't read files copied to that SD card is already good enough test telling you that files you have there are corrupted or empty. Such testing software will only help by telling you how much of that sd card is real in case you are in situation where you can return it and get your money back or just want to see if it's worth using real portion of it, or it's too small for your needs.

Another thing you could try is plugging the card back into the laptop - if the files are still missing there (or other devices), then it pretty much confirms the SD card is rubbish.

If it works everywhere else, it could mean there's something wrong with your phone's SD card port. But it's far more likely you got a ripoff SD card, as LunaMoo said. You have to be careful when buying cheap ones - as they say, there's no such thing as a free lunch.

I plugged in Huawei MediaPad T3 8.0, but program doesn't recocnize it, so this program can't test it SD Card when is plugged via USB cable in Phone/Tablet...
Plus the old PC that has SD slot is totally unplugged and everything is plugged to my PC, so I don't plan plug in the old PC and unplug. As well I don't want remove card from device...
