but other games like Tomb raide LE work at 30-50% speed
will i have better framerate on the new device?

You will gained a bit speed with Multithread On (not improve yet still has a lot of bug) without multithread you game will run same as single core Tongue
I worse write english so take easy on me
(even my own language realy bad T_T)
