Can't choose any DLC in Sengoku Musou 3Z Special

Hi.
Like in the title, i have a problem with DLC for this game. the game itself runs fine but if i choose a costume DLC the emulator will crash.

i have tried with multiple version of ppsspp (1.2.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.4.2, 1.4.2-196-gdfdf548-windows-amd64) and every backend (direct3d9/11, opengl, vulkan) resulting in the same error.

here is how to reproduce the problem (assuming you already have the game and it's DLC):
open the game, in character selection screen press square and then press either L or R.

i have tried to post this on github (twice) but my accounts always got deleted, i don't know why so i post this here instead. thanks in advance.
